super location and comfy rooms!

perfect location huge room warm cookies great service
the location worked perfect. i could walk everywhere i wanted. my room was huge. it was a beautiful king room and i loved all the space. the cookies on arrival was a great touch. the staff was also very helpful and quick with any request. i really appreciate the great service.
the parking lot was small. i had to park down the street one night.

the hotel location is really convenient. it is very near local attractions. the staff was helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the relaxing bar area a lot.
the hotel could benefit from some upgrades.

Wonderful stay!

central location good selection attentive staff
The central location to the city attractions made exploration very easy. The breakfast had a good selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. Staff members were attentive. I also found a convenient USB charger directly in the wall.

The hotel enjoys proximity to key attractions. It is only 5 minutes from city centre. The hotel is located near Monk Bar, so it provides easy access to walls walk and the old city.

the room was spacious with a huge, comfy bed! the bathroom included nice toiletries. all the staff offered really good, friendly service (i loved that!). the bar area was relaxing.
breakfast one morning was not great. i had to ask for mugs. the kitchen couldn't keep up with the hot buffet demand (the sausages!). there was also a dog barking in a nearby room early one morning.

solid central LOCATION

welcome cookie room upgrade fluffy bedding central location
The welcome cookies were a DELIGHT. i received an upgrade to a beautiful double room, a nice surprise. the bed was huge. The bedding felt fluffy. i liked the short walk to the city center.
the room felt a little far from THE main areas of the hotel.

what a location plus comfy room!

central location amazing staff good food warm cookies
the hotel is close to the town center. the staff are amazing and ready to assist. the food was good and the atmosphere accomodative. i really appreciate the warm cookies upon arrival it was very cute!
my room was difficult to access with suitcases, i had to use stairs. the air conditioning didn't work so great either. i did prop up the glazing with a toilet roll.

warm cookie clean room lovely decor attentive staff
the warm cookie was a good touch upon arrival. rooms were very clean with lovely decor. the staff was really good, with praiya providing excellent breakfast service. the hotel is well kept and the staff are attentive.
The parking spaces are quite tight. Guests might struggle to maneuver.
